2. Magic (Surprise Box): Magic determines the drop frequency and quality of Public Surprise Boxes

3. Comfort (AUT Earning): higher efficiency attributes will lead to better AUT earnings per energy spent

4. Repair: Repair affects the decay rate of ChatrRoom Durability. Higher Repair will result in a slower Durability decay.

5. Finance: Finance determines the proportion of profits that room-owner can take from in-room social activities

Notes:

There is a “worn-out” penalty at three specifically Repair points:

(1) Below 60/100 repair points, ChatRoom Efficiency drops to 90%

(2) Below 50/100 repair points, ChatRoom Efficiency drops to 80%

(3) Below 20/100 repair points, ChatRoom Efficiency drops to 15%
