1. Users start with 1 Seat and 2 energy caps

2. Energy cap is 20/20 for each user, however, users can increase the energy cap by holding more Seats.

Users who owns higher quality Seats will be rewarded with additional energy:

1. Owning Uncommon seat: +1 Energy
